1.     Please close your eyes for a moment and take a deep breath. Become aware of how your body feels in this moment. Visualize how you’ll feel after 21 days of clean eating. See yourself feeling lighter, brighter, and ready to take on new challenges!

2.     Now write down your intentions for this cleanse. Refer to them frequently to remind yourself why you decided to reboot.
